Wings of Change, Incorporated (woc) is a charitable organization established for the sole agenda of dedication to helping others to the best of our abilities and resources wherever and whenever the need is reognized in an effort that whenever known and possible to provide some relief for he poor, the distressed, and the under privileged.
We are a 501(c)(3) charity organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educatioal, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organization that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Our founding date is January 1997. Our Federal EIN is 62-1623402.
No part of our net earnings shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to our members, trustees, offers, or other private persons, except that the organization shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments an distributions in futherance of the purposes set forth in our purpose clause. We do not engage in political or any propaganda, or any attempts to influence legislation, or participate in the election of political candidates.
